NYETIMBER BLANC DE BLANCS
Crafted from a single vintage and given extended time on lees, this pure expression of Chardonnay was the first style ever produced at Nyetimber.
NYETIMBER ROSÉ
NYETIMBER ROSÉ
Blended as a Multi-Vintage wine, this sparkling rosé is a beautiful, sunset pink colour. Aromas include a mix of English summer fresh red fruit.

Finca La Colonia Colección Malbec, Norton
Suitable for Vegetarians
Origin – Mendoza, Argentina
Tasting Note – Dark Fruit Complex Sweet Spice
Deep red colour with violet hues. Aromas of ripe red fruit, cassis and black pepper, with more fruit and a touch of spice on the palate. Elegant and smooth with a long finish.
Located in Mendoza at 1,100 metres above sea level, Finca La Colonia is Norton’s main estate vineyard. 50% of the wine was aged for 12 months in first and second fill French oak barrels. Grapes from older vines are selected for Finca La Colonia Colección Malbec.
Muré Riesling
Suitable for Vegans
Origin – Alsace, France
Tasting Notes – Exotic Mineral Citrus
A fresh nose with aromas of fruit, particularly citrus. Rich and elegant on the palate, with a streak of lime freshness. Exotic fruit and minerality on the finish.
The Muré family have been making wine in the southerly Rouffach region since 1648 and is now in it’s 11th generation.
Riesling is favoured by those that love wine as it makes a great accompaniment to many food dishes. This is with thanks to its great acidity, complex palate and balanced structure.
Izzaro Rosé Provence
Origin – Provence, France
Tasting Notes – Vibrant Crisp Redberries
Vibrant bubbles float up in the glass. Aromas of crisp cranberry’s and strawberries. The palate has hints of violet and luscious flavours of raspberry.
This wine is made using the Charmat method, the same technique used to make Prosecco.
This is the only sparkling wine from the region entitled to put Provence on the label, due to its location in the Salon de Provence area.
M de Minuty Côtes de Provence Rosé
Suitable for Vegetarians
Origin – Provence, France
Tasting Note – Summer Fruits Crisp Refreshing
A beautiful pale pink colour, with aromas of redcurrants giving way to fresh, yet well-rounded
palate offering delicate flavours of peaches and candied orange peel.
Château Minuty was purchased in 1936 by the Matton-Farnet family.
Minuty’s wines are a fixture on the wine lists of the French Riviera’s finest restaurants.
Vinalthau Viognier
Suitable for Vegans
Origin – Côtes de Thau, South of France
Tasting Note – Floral Apricot Exotic
A complex and exotic white, with a zippy freshness to help balance the wine through the palate. Viogniers trademark apricot leads on the palate with floral notes to intrigue.
Screw cap closure but in a Burgundy dumpy style bottle shows premium cues, elevated by the embossed emblem to the glass.
The South of France has vineyards as far as the eye can see. These grapes have been grown on the unique terroir overlooking the Thau lagoon, surrounded by native garrigue.
Quercus Merlot Rosé
Suitable for Vegans
Origin – Goriška Brda, Slovenia
Tasting Note – Redcurrant Fresh Raspberry
An intense fruit-forward character from raspberries to currant and cherries. This light pink wine is full-bodied and fresh with a pleasant acidity and a long finish. The ideal summer appetizer.
The Quercus wines are made a stone’s throw from the vineyards of Collio – where some of Italy’s best white wines are made. They are divided simply by political boundary, with the vineyards being virtually the same.
The vineyards benefit from a sub-Mediterranean climate with a mixture of warm sea air and the influence of cold winds from the Alps.
